REAL ESTATE MARKET IN REVIEW
Happy
New Year! 2007 was a definite slow down for the real estate
market both on the local & national level. We are hoping
2008 will turn around and we are actually noticing more traffic
over the last couple of weeks.
We recently compiled a market analysis comparing the sales
from 2005 & 2006 to the sales from 2007 for the Foothill/Genoa
area. There was a decrease in both the number of homes sold
and the average price per home. Here is a brief overview:
